With this package, you will get FABER designer hood, FABER gas stove, premium single bowl sink, quality water tap and etc. Refer to the list below. You will get EVERYTHING as listed.

• Add Rm1,150  to upgrade to 3G glass door
• Add RM1,400 to upgrade to Acrylic door/4G Glass Door
• Add RM1,400 to upgrade to Gen2 3G Glass Door(regular: RM1,700)

*all prices above comes with HPL worktop. Top up for different type of worktop.
*Whether you choose door style for 3G glass/Acrylic door/4G glass door or Gen2 3G glass, the end panels will still remain melamine abs. End panel in other material, required additional cost.

• Top up RM1,550 to upgrade to Solid Surface Top(regular: Rm1,800)
• Top up RM1,700 to upgrade to Quartz Top(regular: RM2,000)

Carcass Materials

• Top up Rm350 to upgrade to blockboard sink carcass(regular: RM450/unit).

Terms & Conditions

• The material for package(RM4,388) is melamine abs door + HPL worktop.
• Cabinet is subject to standard height(700mm) and depth 350mm(for wall unit), 550mm(for base unit).
• End panels(expose panels) are included for base and wall unit only. Tall end panels will be charged as additional.
• For first 10 customers offer, FREE UPGRADING of Blockboard Sink carcass is limited to 1 unit only for each customer. The 2nd unit will be billed.
• For first 10 customers offer, FREE UPGRADING to aluminium skirting is for 10ft only. 11th feet will be charged at normal rate.
• This package comes with appliances and accessories as mentioned “All These Are Yours”. Refer to banner.
• It’s a package, therefore, all Appliances and Accessories must be sold together when choose this package.
• No deduction is available if your kitchen is smaller than this package offers.
• No deduction even if you have concrete top in your kitchen(will be replaced by other item).
• Top up at normal rate if your kitchen requires longer length to fit in.
• No discount is available on promotion campaign and top up items.
• Upfront payment for reservation of this package is non-refundable.
• FREE SHIPPING and INSTALLATION for houses located within our coverage area. Check with us if your place is covered. Outstation requires outstation charges.
• 3D drawing will only be prepared when we received payment for order confirmation.
• If customers want us to prepare the drawing prior to order confirmation, we will collect a RM800 per drawing as upfront payment(non refundable if customers decided NOT to engage with us).
• 3D drawing for promotion banner is only for illustration purposes.
• Plumbing and wiring works are EXCLUDED.
• Customers shall assign their own plumber/electrician to fix their works accordingly.
• If customers insist on our service for plumbing, there will be a charges(RM200) for labor. And, there is no warranty for pipe leakage issue.
• Booking period of this package is 15th of October 2018 – 31st of December 2018.
• This package is only valid for installation within 1st of December 2018 – 30th of April 2019.
