Upgrade to be Different

This package, default is melamine abs. If you’re looking to upgrade to a different type of door style/worktop/carcass, kindly read further. We have the best deal for the upgrade.

Door style

• Add Rm1,400  to upgrade to 3G glass door
• Add RM1,700 to upgrade to Acrylic/4G Glass Door/Gen2 3G Glass Door

*all prices are differs between door style only.
*Whether you choose door style for 3G glass/Acrylic door/4G glass door or Gen2 3G glass, the end panels will still remain melamine abs. End panel in other material, required additional cost.

Carcass Materials

• Top up Rm350 to upgrade to blockboard sink carcass(regular: RM450/unit).
• Top up RM800 to upgrade to aluminium carcass(regular: RM990/unit).

*Prices above are for a max-width of 900mm. Price will be different if size if bigger than 900mm.

Worktop

• Top up RM1,989 to get solid surface worktop(regular: RM2,340)
• Top up RM2,210 to get quartz top(regular: RM2,600)
• Top up RM2,873 to get Dekotop compact panel worktop(regular: RM3,380) *New Product

*Prices above are subject to length of 13ft only. 14th feet onward will be top up at normal rate.
*Prices above do not include hole cutting. RM160 per hole will be charged.
*When you take this package, if your base unit is lesser than 13ft, the price above will still be remain same. Unless, go with ala carte items.

Terms & Conditions

• The material for package(RM5,599) is melamine abs door + HPL Worktop(for base unit only).
• Cabinet is subject to standard height(700mm) and depth 350mm(for wall unit), 550mm(for base unit).
• End panels(expose panels) are included for base and wall unit only. Tall end panels will be charged as additional.
• This package comes with appliances and accessories as mentioned “All These Are Yours” only. Refer to banner.
• For those customers who don’t want one of the item from “All These Are Yours”, they are not eligible to get this package, suggested to take our Ala Carte items.
• For “All These Are Yours”, we reserves the rights to change similar items for replacement when goods are running out of stocks.
• All the decoration items as shown in drawing are not included.
• Bar Stools as shown in drawing are not included.
• No deduction is available if your kitchen is smaller.
• No deduction for those customers who have built concrete table.
• Top up at normal rate if your kitchen requires longer length to fit in.
• No discount is available on promotion campaign and top up items.
• Upfront payment for reservation of this package is non-refundable.
• FREE SHIPPING and INSTALLATION for houses located within our coverage area. Check with us if your place is covered. For places located out of our coverage area, outstation charges will be charged.
• 3D drawing will only be prepared when we received payment for order confirmation.
• If customers want us to prepare the drawing prior to order confirmation, we will collect a RM800 per drawing as upfront payment(non refundable if customers decided NOT to engage with us).
• 3D drawing for promotion banner is only for illustration purposes only.
• Plumbing and wiring works are EXCLUDED.
• Customers shall assign their own plumber/electrician to fix their works accordingly.
• If customers insist on our service for plumbing, there will be a charges of RM200 for our labor. And, there is no warranty for pipe leakage issue.
• Booking period of this package is 1st of January 2019 – 31st of March 2018.
• This package is only valid for installation within 11th of February 2019 – 30th of May 2019.
